the basics:

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.

My research focuses on energy and environmental economics in the developing world.

I am fortunate to work for the all-star team at the Energy Institute at Haas, and am generously supported by the National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellowship Program.

exciting news:

I'm thrilled to announce that I will be joining the Department of Economics and the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago for a postdoc starting in July, and then beginning as an Assistant Professor in the Harris School of Public Policy at UChicago in 2018!
